What is a healthy afternoon snack that includes orange?

What is a good afternoon snack that includes orange? What else can I eat with it? Or what other fruits are better to eat in the afternoon?

What is a healthy afternoon snack that includes orange?
Fruits have natural sugar in them, so the orange is a good source of Vitamin C as well as fiber. I would suggest apples, bananas, blueberries, strawberries; you can even make a fruit salad by cutting up all the above fruit in a bowl and have it for your afternoon snack replacing it every few days. Use any fruit you find appetizing. It is all good!

I think and orange with one square of extra dark chocolate and a glass of nonfat milk sounds like a fine filling yet satisfying and craving curing snack. Almost all fruits are healthy and make great snacks. Rasberries are probably the best because they're PACKED with fiber and antoxidants.
Reply:Dark Chocolate. High in anioxidant which are very good for you and it taste great, just don't over do it or you lose that healthy thing... If you want to try something different there is a chocolate sub. out there called carob that is very good and 100% natural... Banannas are great, they have things to keep your energy up and make you feel fuller longer, I eat them with breakfast every AM b/c I have horrid leg cramps if I don't.
