Reply:Make applesauce out of the apples.

Recipe:

6 - 8 apples - cored and diced (golden delicious are the best to use but you can use any variety)

2 cups unsweetened apple juice

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp. Nutmeg

1/2 tsp. Lemon juice

Combine all of the above ingredients into a stock pot and bring to a boil. Continue to simmer until the apples break down and get soft. Take a potato masher and mash the apples to the consistancy that you like. If you prefer a chunkier applesauce, don't mash things down too much. If you like it smooth, make sure you mash everything down. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl and place in the fridge to allow to cool. Serve once chilled.
