How does temperature effect the pH level of orange juice?

There is an inverse relationship between the pH level and orange juice, but why?

How does temperature effect the pH level of orange juice?
if temp goes up, pH goes down (ie more protons are released)

more protons are released because citric acid is given more energy by the heat to dissociate. all chemical processes need energy to go forward, including the energy needed to break off a proton. so, as temp increases, the molecules are given more energy, and more protons can come off, making the juice more acidic, and decreasing the pH
