What are these tiny black and orange bugs that jump and have wings in my bedroom?

i've been noticing tiny black and maybe orange bugs that have wings that jump in my bedroom. i have found them crawling on my walls as well as my bed. i'm freaking out here and don't know what they are or what to do, HELP!

they are annoying, but supposedly not harmful, my mom uses the attachment on the vacuum.. they are usually coming in around the cracks near the wall and floor. I have had them bite, or pinch and have heard from others that they have had the same, they make a strange smell if squashed.... I don't like them but they are good for plants and keep other bugs away, so if you have the patience, relocate them to the out of doors......

and they are called ladybugs


they are harmless and cute lol
