I bought a can of orange juice concentrate, but i wont be using the whole can in my recipe. Is it unhealthy to defrost and refreeze the concentrate? Any advice on how to store it? either in the fridge or the freezer?

Leave the frozen orange juice concentrate in the container and place in a zip lock bag and return to the freezer. If you do this it will not get freezer burn and can be stored for a very long time.
