Can I put almond powder in orange chiffon cake? Will it taste funny? I want to get rid of the raw eggs taste?
Why would there be a raw egg taste? It should be gone once the cake is baked.
Reply:I think Almond powder would be too potent. I would try a little Agave Nectar sweetner. It is healthier than sugar or honey and tastes very sweet.
