What is the difference between an orange and a grapefruit? nutrition wise?

when you read about different diets, for breakfast you see eat half a grapefruit, why is it a grapefruit and not an orange? whats the difference in nutrition between the two?

What is the difference between an orange and a grapefruit? nutrition wise?
They are very close to each other in terms of nutrition.





Pink grapefruit has more Vitamin A than orange, that's about it.
