My wife bought be a bar of the orange, see-through Neutrogena soap and it smells really unpleasant. I can't describe the scent but whenever I wash my face with it, I purposely don't breathe out my nose.
I went and bought a bottle of the liquid kind and it smells much better, kind of like dish washing soap.
Is the orange Neutrogena soap supposed to smell really bad or is there something wrong with my bar?

Reply:I have some of that exact same bar soap and yeah, it smells bad. It's not like terrible or anything, it's just not flowerly or whatever like most soaps tend to be. You're safe to use it!
