We used to live in this place out in the sticks that turned our clothes orange from the well water and I have tried everything to get the stains out from a product called iron out to trying bleach %26amp; none of it seems to work. Any ideas?

Dye your clothes orange or red. CLR is a cleaner for calcium, rust, and lime, but I have NO idea what it would do to fabric....
