What type of insect lays an orange colored egg on milkweed?

I have read that monarchs lay white eggs. These milkweed plants are covered in orange colored eggs. Is that a parasite to monarch caterpillars?

It is more likely the milkweed bug, Oncopeltus fasciatus. There are a few other insects that specialize on milkweed,


but this one seems most probably.
