What mens shirt and tie colour combination would best match a gold and orange ladies outfit?

I'm having an Indian engagement ceremony on Sunday and will be wearing an Indian outfit in gold and deep peach/orange (looks better than it sounds!).





Me and the other half love to match outfits but i have no idea what colours he could wear. I've bought him a gold tie and an orange tie but don't know which to go with and with what shirt.





Gold tie and white shirt is a safe bet but looks a little office-y.

I think white shirt gold tie is a safe option maybe you could get him a white shirt that has a bit of gold or orange stitching in it
